  • Are you dog friendly?

    All rooms at The Shore House are pet-friendly. $100 flat fee includes bowls, doggy bags, and a gift bag for your pup. No exotic animals allowed.

    Pet Policy:

    • All Rooms Are Pet-Friendly
    • Fess: $100 up to two nights, 3rd or more is $50 additional
    • Exotic Animals Are Not Permitted
    • Max Weight: 65 lbs

  • How far are you from the beach?

    Narragansett Town Beach is .7 miles from the hotel. Other beaches within driving distance include Scarborough State Beach and Roger Wheeler State Beach.

  • Do you have parking?

    We guarantee 1 free parking spot per reservation. If you have more than one vehicle there is additional street parking on Ocean Road.

  • Is breakfast included?

    Yes, we have a complimentary continental breakfast. Includes fresh fruit, bagels, and 24/7 coffee in the lobby of the main inn.

  • Do you have an elevator?

    No, to keep the historic charm of our buildings no elevator was installed. If you struggle with stairs, our Deluxe King or Deluxe Double rooms do not require stairs. The Patio King and Patio Double rooms require 5 steps up to the room. All other rooms are located 2nd floor or higher and require stairs.

  • Do you have a destination fee?

    Yes, a destination fee of $25 per day plus tax is applied to each reservation in order to provide you with an enhanced guest experience including bicycle rentals, concierge service, patio and garden areas with breathtaking views, WiFi, on-site parking (1 car), seaside dining, breakfast, beach towels and chairs, waters, 24hr coffee/tea, infused water upon arrival, and more.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    A deposit of up to two nights room and tax is taken at the time of booking. Reservations may be cancelled up to the below schedule to receive a refund, less a 10% fee of the deposit:

    April through May, and September through October: 7 days prior to arrival.
    June through August: 21 days prior to arrival.

    Reservations cancelled within these dates will forfeit the full deposit. Any remaining balance owed will be due upon check in.

    Reservations after check-in are non-refundable. Length of stays shortened after check-in will be charged the original number of nights booked.

  • What time is check in/check out?

    Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. You can request a late check out of 1pm with a $75 fee based on availability.

  • Do you offer Bicycles?

    Yes, we have 4 complimentary Priority bicycles available for registered guests to utilize during your stay.

  • Do you offer beach gear?

    Yes, we have complimentary use of beach chairs & towels available during your stay.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    Yes, Sea Craft is located in the main inn open 7 days a week (reservations recommended). Their current summer hours are Monday through Thursday 4pm-9pm, Friday 4pm-10pm, Saturday 12pm-10pm, and Sunday 12pm-8pm.
