Adventureland of Narragansett
Adventureland Family Fun Park is South County's #1 family entertainment venue. Family fun for everyone - every day of the week! Go-Karts, Bumper Boats, Batting Cages, Mini Golf, Bank Shot Basketball, and a Victorian Carousel are among the featured attractions. Picnic areas are available.
Atlantic Beach Park at Misquamicut
Located on the south shore of Rhode Island in Misquamicut, Atlantic Beach Park has been a charming landmark in this area dating back to 1921. Over 90 years later, it remains a local summer tradition, featuring a 1915 Herschell-Spillman Carousel Three of the carousel’s signature horses were carved by the famous Marcus Ilions. Other features include a Dragon roller coaster for children, an arcade, and the Windjammer Snack Bar. The park is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Old Mountain Lanes
Opened in 1960, Old Mountain Lanes is a full-service entertainment center. In addition to the 24-lane modernized bowling center, offerings include an upscale event space, full-service bar, video games, billiards, and a cutting-edge audio-visual system.
South County Museum
Founded in 1933, the South County Museum contains artifacts dating from the 17th century to modern times. It features diverse exhibits and collections of New England history and folk art, including Native American artifacts, a Victorian kitchen, vintage doll houses and a print shop. The museum also hosts many special events.
Yawgoo Valley Ski & Recreation Area
Rhode Island's only Ski Area & Water Park is located just a short drive away in Exeter. For summer fun, the outdoor park features two thrilling waterslides sending you splashing down almost 400 feet, or relax poolside in the full-size swimming pool. Winter activities include skiing and snow tubing.
